Merasa Merugikan Masyarakat, ASNP Menyerukan Tolak Reklamasi
Majene, Cakrawalaide.com – Tak terima dengan proyek reklamasi pantai Majene, Aliansi Selamatkan Nelayan dan Pesisir (ASNP) melakukan aksi protes di kantor Bupati Majene, Sulawesi Barat, Jumat (23/08/2019).
Muhlis selaku Jendral Lapangan (Jendlap) mengungkapkan bahwa aksi tersebut merupakan bentuk protes terhadap program pemerintah Majene yang melakukan reklamasi di pesisir pantai Majene. Ia juga membeberkan terkait dana yang digunakan untuk proyek reklamasi tersebut. Menurutnya, dananya berasal dari APBN dan APBD.
“Aksi kami sebagai bentuk protes terhadap pemerintah yang ingin melakukan reklamasi di pesisir pantai Majene. Dimana berdasarkan fakta di lapangan, pada awalnya pemerintah memprogramkan proyek pembangunan tanggul dengan dana APBN dan penimbunan menggunakan dana APBD. Namun, ternyata yang dilakukan justru mereklamasi pesisir pantai. Jadi, reklamasi ini terkesan program sisipan saja. Sama skali tidak membawa keuntungan dan manfaat bagi masyarakat pesisir” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, kata Muhlis, setidaknya terdapat tiga titik pesisir pantai yang menjadi sasaran reklamasi. Yaitu, satu titik di kecamatan Banggae dan dua lainnya di kecamatan Banggae Timur yang keseluruhan luasnya sekitar 10Km. Menurutnya, Program itu sendiri untuk pembangunan dengan konsep Water Front City untuk tujuan pariwisata. Namum, justru disorientasi, karena berada di daerah padat penduduk. Dimana, pantai tersebut digunakan sebagai lahan pencaharian nafkah oleh warga sekitar.
“Menurut kami, alasan pemerintah melakukan penimbunan dengan dalih awal pembuatan tanggul terkesan dipaksakan. Ditambah dengan menggunakan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2017, justru memperjelas bahwa aturan tersebut tidak berpihak pada masyarakat pesisir. Karena ketika wilayah pesisir direklamasi atau ditimbun, itu akan menghilangkan sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat yang notabennya berprofesi sebagai nelayan,” tambahnya.
Menurut salah satu massa aksi, Dicky, saat dihubungi oleh awak Cakrawalaide.com, ia mengungkapkan bahwa kondisi masyarakat pesisir saat ini cukup memprihatinkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya kesadaran politik dan pemahaman hukum, sehingga masyarakat cenderung pasrah dengan segala program pembangunan pemerintah.
“Karena tidak adanya kesadaran politik dan pemahaman hukum masyarakat, mengakibatkan masyarakat cenderung pasrah ketika ada program pembangunan pemerintah. Termasuk reklamasi ini, karena rata-rata nelayan disini memang tidak bersekolah,” ujarnya.
