Mahasiswa Unibos dan Ojol Diduga Ditabrak Mobil Taktis Polisi
Makassar, Cakrawalaide.com – Usai mengikuti aksi unjuk rasa menolak sejumlah Rancangan dan Revisi Undang-Undang bermasalah, salah seorang demonstran Aliansi Mahasiswa Bosowa Makassar menjadi korban kericuhan.
Demonstran itu diketahui bernama, Dicky, mahasiswa Universitas Bosowa (Unibos), Fakultas Hukum angkatan 2018. Ia terlindas mobil taktis (Pengurai Massa ‘Raisa’) polisi yang melaju kencang saat membubarkan paksa massa aksi, di depan Nipah Mall, Jln Urip Sumoharjo, Jumat (27/9/2019) sekitar pukul 21.30 WITA.
Sebelumnya, korban sempat turut dalam aksi bersama kawan-kawannya di depan kantor DPRD Provinsi Sulsel.
Usai sejumlah tuntutan mereka diterima oleh perwakilan anggota DPR, pimpinan aksi pun mempersilahkan peserta aksi untuk kembali ke kampus (Unibos). Namun nahas kejadian tidak diharapkan itu malah menimpanya.
“Iye, dia juga ikut aksi tadi sore di depan DPRD Provinsi. Menjelang magrib kami sudah kasi pulang massa ke kampus, tapi sepertinya masih ada yang tertinggal di luar. Salah satunya dia,” ungkap Andi Muhammad Sahib selaku koordinator mimbar Aliansi Mahasiswa Bosowa.
Dari informasi yang diperoleh, ada bentrokan antara barikade polisi dan ribuan mahasiswa dari Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) di jalur atas Fly Over yang ingin menuju ke kantor DPRD, tapi malah dihadang dan ditembakkan gas air mata. Kericuhan pun terjadi, aksi lempar batu tak terhindarkan. Masyarakat sekitar pun ikut terlibat.
Massa yang tadinya berada di jembatan Fly Over dipukul mundur hingga depan Nipah Mall. Meski masih ada yang sempat bertahan di depan kampus UMI.
Diduga, Dicky terpeleset saat hendak lari menghindari tembakan gas air mata polisi, kemudian ia diterjang oleh mobil Raisa polisi yang bertujuan membubarkan massa aksi tersisa. Mobil ini juga terlihat sempat mundur di dalam video yang telah beredar luas di medsos.
Dari pantauan kami, korban telah menjalani operasi dan perawatan di RS Ibnu Sina setelah dievakuasi oleh warga setempat dan sejumlah temannya dari lokasi kejadian.
Menurut, Tutu sapaan akrab kordinator mimbar aksi, terlihat masih ada luka bekas ban mobil di antara dada dan perut korban, juga luka cukup parah di wajahnya.
“Masih ada bekasnya ban mobil di sininya,” ujar Tutu.
Namun beruntung kata Tutu, Dikcky masih selamat, meski sempat menjerit kesakitan.
Selain itu, ternyata ada pula driver ojek online (Ojol). Atas nama, Irvan Rahmat, menjadi korban kericuhan ini, juga sempat dirawat di Ibnu Sina. Ia dinilai mengalami nasib yang hampir serupa, tertabrak mobil taktis polisi, di depan kantor Gubernur Sulsel, sekitar pukul 21.40 WITA.
“Itu sekitar jam 21:40 lah kejadiannya, pihak kepolisian juga tidak bisa digugat sebenarnya karena tidak ditahu yang mana massa dan bukan,” menurut salah satu rekan Ojol yang tak ingin menyebutkan namanya.
Dari pantauan langsung Cakrawalaide.com, Ojol yang berusia 37 tahun tersebut mengalami patah kaki sebelah kiri. Saat hendak diwawancarai, sejumlah keluarganya menolak dan melarang kami masuk ke ruang IGD.
Namun, sejumlah perawatan telah dilakukan. Terlihat sudah ada papan penahan dan perban di kakinya.
Pada Sabtu dini hari, beliau telah dipulangkan ke rumahnya menggunakan mobil ambulans bersama dengan keluarga yang mendampingi.
“Ini sudah mau dikasi pulang ke rumahnya, dek!” sahut salah seorang rekan Irvan.
